The general consensus is this; clients still want to incentivise their staff but are now requiring more 'financially prudent' options. The most striking recent trend in the incentive industry is to motivate staff with UK breaks, and about time too!

Exacerbated by the weak pound, clients want to stick close to home. Not only does this prove cheap and cost effective but also there is the perception that its more 'socially responsible' to do events in the UK. This means that clients are looking for unique, non-traditional ideas,  destinations & cool events ideas.

There is lots of fun to be had in good old blighty and we are bursting with ideas. In a recent poll, London still remains the top UK destination however give us a call and see what other little gems we might suggest!
