What they wanted

An inspiring incentive with a VIP twist at a music festival to reward the Glue staff.

What we did

We arranged for a Boutique Camping weekend for the Glue staff at Bestival. The exclusive accommodation comprised four double-decker buses kitted out to the nines with double beds and lots more comfy trimmings. They also had use of a giant communal Moroccan-style tent where they enjoyed a private bar, great BBQ food and all the party tunes they wanted. The Glue employees were also treated to a special Bestival survival pack.
