What they wanted
An incentive programme to strengthen Samsung Print Division’s relationship with the distribution channel as part of the company’s development strategy in this sector.
What we did
We put in place our points-based online incentive management system to enable Samsung Print Division to better educate, motivate and communicate with the distribution channel.
Tailored to the specific needs of the client, the system’s key features include detailed information on the division’s products, tips for improving selling performance and a monthly quiz designed to improve product knowledge and identify cases where extra product training is required.
The JetSet Lifestyle system also features an extensive prize portfolio, offering a wide range of prizes, from European boutique hotel weekends and state-of-the-art electronics to the latest music, films and computer games. The participants are able to keep tabs on their performance and points tally on a designated JetSet Lifestyle leaderboard.
Another integral feature of the system is comprehensive access to back-end, real-time data detailing who’s learning about products and who’s not, who’s earning what and what they are spending it on. This important information allows Samsung Print Division to continually improve its relationship with the distribution channel.
